The Thought of Brain Drain in Turkey

We focus on the question "what drives brain drain?", and aim to analyze the reasons behind it. Especially in lesser developed countries, high skilled individuals want to study or/and work abroad in order to have a higher standard of living, higher income and a better quality of life.

We did an interview with the people who lived abroad about the thought of brain drain, the reasons behind it and how can we improve this situation.
